Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Any order placed and/or quote accepted by a client implies their definitive acceptance of these general terms of sale. These conditions govern all commercial relationships between Logic Technologies SARL and its clients.

2. Services Offered

Logic Technologies SARL offers specialized services covering:

  • Content strategy and branding
  • Digital strategy
  • Web development and UI/UX Design
  • Social Media Management
  • E-commerce and digital marketing
  • Open Data Management
  • Revenue and Yield Management

3. Orders and Quotes

All services require a signed quote before work begins. The client must provide the necessary administrative documentation. Quotes are valid for one month from their issue date.

4. Pricing

All amounts are expressed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), excluding taxes. Applicable VAT will be added according to current regulations. Prices may be revised in case of significant changes to the project scope.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable upon receipt by bank transfer or check. An optional payment structure is offered:

  • 40% deposit with order
  • 60% upon delivery

6. Late Payment Penalties

In case of late payment, interest charges will apply according to Moroccan regulations, plus a fixed recovery fee.

7. Ownership of Services

Services performed by Logic Technologies SARL remain the property of the company until full payment. Intellectual property rights are only transferred after complete settlement.

8. Confidentiality

Logic Technologies SARL commits to treating all information communicated by the client in the context of service provision as confidential.

9. Liability

Logic Technologies SARL commits to implementing all necessary means for the proper execution of services. Our liability is limited to the amount actually received for the concerned service.

10. Disputes

All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Marrakech courts and are subject to Moroccan law.
